EU2: All EU territories not listed under EU1	Shipping fee is calculated at checkout

Uncollected parcels

If you are not able to pick up your delivery as agreed, we charge the original shipping fee. The fee will be deducted from your refund.

Lost shipments

If you have not received your order within 14 business days after receiving the shipping information, please contact Rains as soon as possible.

Returns

We offer the opportunity to return our products ordered from ALIS.dk. You have 30 days from the day of receipt to return any unused items and receive a refund.
