EU:

• Standard Delivery via UPS (Home Delivery or Pickup Point): Free on orders over €59.99
• Express Delivery via UPS or FedEx (Home Delivery or Pickup Point): from €5.00

Rest of the World:

• Shipped via FedEx or UPS, depending on destination. Shipping fee is calculated at checkout, based on your destination, order weight and value

Uncollected and Refused Parcels

If you do not collect your parcel or refuse delivery, the shipping cost will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Lost Shipments

If you have not received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact ALIS customer service immediately.
